By accessing or using the services provided by Zamira Oil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all interactions with our industrial platforms, procurement portals, and physical delivery frameworks within the territory of Kazakhstan and international maritime zones.

Zamira Oil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our procurement data and logistics tracking systems. This license is strictly for professional commercial engagement and is subject to immediate revocation upon breach of industrial confidentiality.

- check_circle Access to the Aktau Administrative portal is restricted to verified logistical partners.
Liability Limitations
"Zamira Oil shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from fluctuations in the global energy market or force majeure events within the Caspian extraction zones."
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our industrial services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service contract in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The governing law shall be the national legislation of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
